Why does $ {\mathfrak{C}}$larify give slightly different results each time?

$ {\mathfrak{C}}$larify uses random simulation to create quantities of interest and associated measures of uncertainty. Slight discrepancies are a result of taking a finite number of simulations and using a different random number seed. If you require more precision, increase the number of simulations drawn (see Section 8, Sub-section 8.1). If exactly the same numerical results are required, set the random number seed with the Stata command set seed before beginning the analysis.
