Copy ei.lcg to your lib subdirectory, such as $\backslash$GAUSS $\backslash$LIB, and copy the remaining files (*.src, ei.dec, ei.ext, and sample.asc) to somewhere on the GAUSSPATH or src_path, such as the default $\backslash$GAUSS $\backslash$SRC.
