STATS $<$ dataset [LIST]; or STATS cmd [LIST]; where dataset is a Gauss dataset that you previously created, cmd is one of a previously defined YVOTE, YVOTE2, XVARS, XVARS2, or XNEW, and LIST is an optional parameter used to list the data after the descriptive statistics.
