Options:

-OUTPUT ON filename; Append all output to filename without deleting it first. (If filename is the same as your input file, this command does nothing but write another header to the file.)

-OUTPUT RESET filename; delete contents of filename; then write all output to this file.

-OUTPUT OFF; You need not turn output off, as all files are closed at the end of every JudgeIt run. Use this if you wish to run some analyses and not save the results.
