PRELIM AUTOMATE; The PRELIM AUTOMATE; must be
followed by some PRELIM Pnum; commands and one PRELIM WRITE;
command at the end of the file. The PRELIM AUTOMATE command automatically runs
the remainder of the file twice, one to estimate LAMBDA and SIGMA and once to
run any analysis commands. You can have lots of commands, including ALIAS commands, above this one, as long as they are not dependent upon the
LAMBDA and SIGMA values that you are using this function to estimate. Use PRELIM Pnum; to indicate each location where LAMBDA and SIGMA values are
to be estimated and saved during the first pass and supplied during the
subsequent one.
