Vignettes:
- [Margaret] participates in a survey study. The researcher tells

the report contains no confidential information.

researcher informs her that she can refuse to answer any questions
that she feels uncomfortable with, and her answers will be
grouped with those from other respondents and used
in a research publication. Her name will not be mentioned in the article.
